Live-in caregiver for my mother who has dementia

Home Care, Caregiver Needed - I am looking for a live-in caregiver for my mother who has dementia due to the early onset of Alzheimer's disease. My father is in the home and fully functional but can no longer be her primary caregiver. Duties include: assistance with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, lite housekeeping, grocery shopping, occasional laundry, companionship. Their home is an upscale condo in a gated community. This position is 5 days per week/8 hrs per day but the schedule is negotiable (it need not be Monday thru Friday). I need coverage in the afternoon and evenings as my mother usually sleeps till noon.
