True quality care and compassion cargiver

Home Care, Caregiver Seeking - I am an RN. True quality care, compassion, and client dignity are incredibly important to me. I would love to work in an environment where tending to all of a patient's needs is allowable. In many healthcare environments, workers tend to be rushed and forced to pay less attention to client needs that lie lower on the priority list (airway, breathing, circulation being highest on that list). I wish to work in an environment where psychosocial needs can be tended to fully as well. I worked as a nurse aide on a cancer and hospice unit in a hospital prior to finishing nursing school in May 2009. As an RN, I worked on an orthopedics and cancer unit in a large hospital. I am confident and comfortable with many nursing skills, including maintenance of central venous access devices, wound care, medicine teaching, and post surgical rehabilitation care.
